Identification Survey
- Re-establishes boundary location, marks corners, and generates plan.
- Submitted to the Department of Resources as a public record
- Conducted by a Registered Cadastral Surveyor.
Importance:
- Ensures accurate designs for future construction.
- Required for approvals and certificates.
- Helps in building new fences or retaining walls.
Contour and Detail Survey
- Charts property features, services, with levels.and.contours displayed
- Data presented in PDF and 2D/3D DWG files.
- Essential for design purposes and development applications.
Subdivision Surveys
- Creates a Survey Plan for submission to Titles Queensland.
- Required for land subdivision, boundary realignment, easement establishment, and other land arrangements
